OAKWOOD HOUSE

2015

We designed and documented a custom home for a family just outside Valley Forge Park! The design utilized the existing foundation and footprint. The style was transitional. More photos to come!

CONSHOHOCKEN OFFICE RENOVATION

2019

We worked with the building owner, tenant and GC to develop permit drawings for the newly renovated office space.

PICKERING RUN

2019

This project was a renovation of an existing home. We demo'd the existing front entry condition and created a more rustic look with gabled trusses. The interior finishes and fixtures were renovated and updated.

WOODLAWN AVE

2020

This was a complete gut of a 2 bed 2 bath townhome in Phoenixville. We were able to maximize the layout and minimize circulation to create a 3 bed 3 bath home with modern finishes.

WALNUT STREET HOUSE

2021

This is a multi-family project in Royersford that we took through zoning to create more 1-bedroom units with updated finishes, inside and out.

WALNUT STREET APARTMENTS & CARRIAGE HOUSE

2021

Our client purchased this historic Victorian Home at 501 Walnut Street as a (4) 2 bedroom (1) 3 bedroom apartment building with a 2 bed, 1 bath carriage home also for rent.  The property was renovated and converted into a (4) 1 bedroom (2) 2 bedroom (1) 3 bedroom apartment building with a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath carriage home.
